The manufacturing of the base material adopts a continuous casting and rolling method to directly produce rolled plates from aluminum molten metal.
Our company produces and sells aluminum ingots that are melted, cast, and hot-rolled into sheet materials, which are then processed through punching. The slag materials are used by customers as forging materials and can also be processed into impact cans, while our company can also process them into fire extinguisher containers, battery cases, water bottles, and more. Additionally, the hot-rolled materials undergo cold rolling and are sold as various types of sheet materials. Our company is a manufacturer specializing in aluminum materials. To minimize scrap, all processing waste generated in-house is re-melted in our melting furnace and used as raw material. The typical process for aluminum involves melting ingots, casting, surface machining, heating, hot rolling, and cold rolling, which is referred to as DC casting. However, in our case, we employ a continuous casting and rolling method (CC casting) that follows the manufacturing process of melting, casting, hot rolling, and cold rolling. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries.
