"LactoStar" is an easy-to-operate milk analyzer that uses five keys. Milk samples are drawn to the measurement cell by a pump, where fat and SNF are measured using a thermal measurement method, while protein, lactose, concentration, and minerals are measured in another measurement cell using four optical wavelengths.
