Equipped with a dedicated precision measurement room, measurements are performed under conditions of 20℃ ± 0.5℃. Additionally, we ensure uniformity of ambient temperature and manage convection, with 24-hour monitoring using high-resolution temperature probes. ● Rotary Table / Precision Gear Evaluation An optional rotary table is available, enabling highly effective measurements for complex shapes and rotating bodies such as gears and shafts. Evaluations are conducted for involute cylindrical gears (spur gears / helical gears), including tooth profile errors, tooth spacing errors, pitch, and runout of tooth grooves. (Supported standards: DIN, ISO, JIS, AGMA, ANSI)
