● Maximum allowable length error: 0.3μm + L/1000 INFINITY demonstrates its maximum effectiveness in measuring precision parts, gauges, and master works that require high accuracy. ● Precision Measurement Room We conduct thorough management of the measurement environment, which is crucial for accurate measurements. Equipped with a dedicated precision measurement room, measurements are performed under conditions of 20℃ ± 0.5℃. Additionally, we ensure uniformity of ambient temperature and manage convection, with 24-hour monitoring using high-resolution temperature probes. ● Rotary Table / Precision Gear Evaluation An optional rotary table is available, enabling highly effective measurements for complex shapes and rotating bodies such as gears and shafts. Evaluations are conducted for involute cylindrical gears (spur gears / helical gears), including tooth profile errors, tooth spacing errors, pitch, and runout of tooth grooves. (Supported standards: DIN, ISO, JIS, AGMA, ANSI)
