Detecting misalignment in printing machines! A case where preventive measures can be taken to avoid issues.
We would like to introduce a case where a feedback system solution was able to reduce printing misalignment. The customer's concerns included issues such as "defects after reflow do not settle" and "when printing or mounting defects occur, information is not communicated between machines, leading to delays in countermeasures." After implementation, we received feedback stating, "Thanks to the inspection machine (AOI) feedback function, we were able to minimize the production of defective boards."
