Belt conveyor with water slide system The strands that come out of the die flow down the water slide and are transported by the conveyor. Water is dropped between the water slide and the conveyor. If further cooling is needed, a spray bar is added on the belt conveyor. To remove and control the water remaining on the strands, it is vacuumed from underneath the belt. Even if the strands break, they are automatically fed into the pelletizer.

**Wet Cut Water Slide System** The strand is transported via a water slide and sent to the feed roll. A spray bar is used to improve cooling. Water is discharged just before the feed roll and is transported within the cutting chamber. The cut pellets fall back into the water, allowing for pre-cut cooling before being transported to the dryer. **Dry Cut Water Slide System** The strand exiting the die flows down the water slide and is transported to the conveyor. Water is dropped between the water slide and the conveyor. If further cooling is needed, a spray bar is added on the belt conveyor. To remove and control the water remaining on the strand, it is vacuumed from underneath the belt. Even when the strand is cut, it is automatically fed into the pelletizer.
