Problem-solving, brewing sanitary hose adapter!

Most standard hose adapters have a narrow outer diameter, making it easy for the hose to come off. However, we have created an adapter with the perfect thickness and length to prevent the hose from slipping off. Since it was developed based on customer suggestions, it offers high usability. In tests using a pump, the hose was less likely to come off, and disassembly and cleaning were easy, making it recommended for brewing and food production sites where hoses are used extensively.

Our company started as a sole proprietorship selling brewing supplies in 1946 and established Shinwa Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in 1952. In March 1961, in response to business expansion, we founded Yamaguchi Shoko Co., Ltd. to enhance our sales network and strengthen our services. Since then, we have begun manufacturing hose clamp-related products and brewing machine parts. Our sales channels have expanded primarily among major sake manufacturers, and in 1972, we opened our Mie factory. Subsequently, demand for products for air conditioners and vending machines also grew. In 2008, we relocated our headquarters to the current location in Higashinari Ward, Osaka, and continue our business. For example, we have developed practical products such as wire hose clamps that connect hoses to faucets and chain-type free clamps, obtaining utility model rights for them. We continuously engage in product development, manufacturing not only for factories and plumbing work but also for water heaters, air conditioners, and automotive clamps, producing products that meet the demands of the times. Regarding brewing supplies, we have pursued quality and developed products suitable for food use. In particular, our brewing mouthpieces, tank peripheral equipment, piping fittings, monoflex pumps, and chain-type free clamps have received high praise from our customers.
