Palletizing involves the efficient and accurate stacking of products and goods onto pallets in the manufacturing and logistics industries. 【Using DOBOT CR Series Robot Arm】 The DOBOT CR Series is a collaborative robot arm manufactured by DOBOT. With its six joints, it enables three-dimensional spatial expression and can perform precise movements. 【High Safety Standards】 The DOBOT CR Series is equipped with an automatic collision detection feature that stops the arm when it is about to make contact with a person. 【Expanded Range through Gripper Conversion】 By converting the gripper at the end of the arm from a conventional one to a 200mm adjustable vacuum suction cup, the palletizing range can be expanded. This allows for stable object holding and enables safer palletizing. 【Automatic Pallet Switching】 When one side of the pallet is fully loaded, the system automatically switches to load onto the opposite pallet. Once the full pallet is discharged and a new pallet is placed, the loading operation begins again.
