At Baroque Japan Limited, efforts were being spent on product searches during inventory checks, when asked by customers in-store, and when stock could not be found. Additionally, there were challenges with the inventory counts in warehouses and stores not matching the system, leading to missed sales opportunities when products that should be available could not be located. As a solution, we implemented radar search to quickly locate target products and prevent stockouts. The product search, which relied on the experience and intuition of veteran staff, has now become manageable by any staff member.
