Here is a case study of the "Side Back Stay for Motorcycles" that we provided. The customer brought in a wooden mold they made themselves and requested, "I would like this to be made in metal." We then created a drawing from the wooden mold and manufactured it using SS400 (steel) t6.0 plate and Φ6 round bar of the same size. When we actually attached it to the motorcycle, the underside of the bag mounted on the stay hit the exhaust, so we readjusted the angle and length of the stay. We performed surface treatment with polished chrome plating to match the color tone of the motorcycle's plated parts, and the production was completed.
