At U Company, various equipment is manufactured with a focus on large crushers. The painting process did not have a paint booth, resulting in a poor factory environment due to the dispersion of paint residue and odors. Since the painting targets are large, collecting paint is difficult, and preparing the necessary equipment would incur enormous costs, a request was made to Yoshida Industries. In response, our company produced a bellows-style tent. Previously, there were issues not only with the working environment but also with paint powder adhering to other products. However, all these problems have been resolved, and we received very positive feedback from the on-site workers.
