This fanless ultra-compact system, combining a powerful MediaTek Genio 500 octa-core SoC with extensive I/O and connectivity features, provides a highly durable and high-performance platform for a wide range of commercial, consumer, mobile, and industrial applications such as facial recognition, object identification, motion tracking, OCR, and biometrics.

The VIA ARTiGO A950 system features the MediaTek Genio 500 octa-core SoC, which includes four Cortex-A73 processors at 2.0GHz and four Cortex-A53 processors at 2.0GHz, supporting H.265/H.264 video decoding with full HD hardware acceleration. This high-performance SoC also includes an integrated AI processor for computer vision, deep learning, and neural network acceleration applications. The I/O and connectivity features of this system include 1 HDMI port, 1 USB 2.0 port, 1 SIM card slot, and 1 miniPCIe slot, as well as 2 Ethernet ports, dual-band 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and optional 4G/5G support via a miniPCIe wireless adapter.
