The "OSK 01FB FN7200" is a falling number tester that can optionally have a built-in printer for printing measurement results in the control unit. Settings can be easily made via touch operation on the LCD screen. The four modes, FN Classic/Flour/Meal and FFN mode, can be easily selected on the screen.
