Please set the product so that the working surface and the grinding surface of the wheel are in complete contact. 【How to Use Effectively】 ■ Apply sufficient coolant during use. ■ At the beginning of use, set the feed rate to about twice the normal rate, and then increase it to about four times. ■ When setting the grinding wheel, rotate it several times and set it at the highest point. ■ The depth of cut should be 0.025mm/pass or less. ■ For rough finishing, set the feed rate to 600mm/min, and for finishing, set it to 300mm/min, with a depth of cut of about 0.025mm/pass. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
