It utilizes non-porous beads made of alkylated polystyrene-divinylbenzene (PS-DVB). Because the column beads are non-porous, there is less risk of impurities remaining on the beads, allowing for higher precision purification. This product has a proven track record, having been cited in numerous papers in the mRNA field. It can be used in the research and development of mRNA vaccines and mRNA therapeutics. By using the column, you can remove double-stranded RNA, an impurity that arises during mRNA synthesis. The column can be used with various types of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) equipment. By utilizing ADS Biotec's buffer A and buffer B, which contain triethylammonium acetate (TEAA) as the mobile phase, you can achieve high-precision separation.
