We received a request from a customer to create a fixture, similar to a container, for use during prototyping, and we would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a "stage fixture." Considering the weight, we chose aluminum as the material, and since strength and precision were also necessary, we opted for machining instead of bending the plate. We applied surface treatment to enhance corrosion resistance and ensured that only the critical dimensions were finished with high precision while keeping the budget in mind.
