Achieving Quality Improvement! Introducing a Case Study on the Implementation of "Wiring Defect Feedback"

We would like to introduce a case where "Wiring Issue Feedback" handled by Takaki Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was implemented. For new devices, when issues arise such as wiring routes or component installation positions, individual personnel are contacted to address the problems. However, there can be instances of forgetting to record, omissions, or forgetting to contact the wiring manufacturer. Our company has implemented a system where, when an issue occurs, we add to the "Wiring Issue List." By sharing the list with the wiring manufacturer regarding the problematic areas, we reduce the man-hours required for the production of the next unit.
