Achieving improved work efficiency! Introducing a case study on the "service loop designed with repair/maintenance ease in mind."
We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the "Service Loop" handled by Takaki Manufacturing. In the case of wiring work for maintenance or repairs in tight spaces, it becomes difficult to perform maintenance tasks when the wiring is done without any excess length. After the introduction of the Service Loop, we have improved work efficiency by loosening this loop during maintenance or sensor replacement to allow for some slack. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenges - Difficult maintenance work in tight spaces ■Results - Improved work efficiency during maintenance and sensor replacement *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
