Introducing a case study where it has become possible to determine the device by the sound of the operation call.
We would like to introduce a case study where we have enabled the ability to determine devices by the sound of operation calls at Takaki Manufacturing. It is common to operate a layout with the same type of devices lined up, but when the same devices are arranged, they often produce the same operation call, making it difficult to identify them quickly. We proposed using a melody selection type buzzer for the operation calls. After implementation, we changed the sound for each device, allowing identification of which device the operation call is coming from based solely on sound. [Case Overview] ■ Challenge - Difficulty in identifying operation calls when the same devices are lined up ■ Result - By using a melody selection type buzzer, identification can be made based solely on sound *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
