We received an inquiry from a customer at a printing company stating that "fine dust has entered the laminating machine, resulting in defective products." The environment was filled with paper dust due to the many printing machines nearby. We proposed a "clean booth" since it was sufficient to only clean the laminating area. We installed an air supply unit with a HEPA filter in the ceiling, and all four side panels were designed to be curtain-operated for maintenance considerations. The results were nearly at Class 1,000 levels, significantly improving the likelihood of dust entering during the laminating process, and the customer was satisfied.
