Our "NuLMiL" is an AI automatic visual inspection system that learns defective patterns with each application and automatically classifies types of defects. The AI, trained with color-coded image data differentiated for each type of defect, automatically identifies and classifies defects based on the applied colors. Through deep learning of good and defective products, it learns patterns of anomalies and defects to build a model for evaluating the appearance of products. This enables high detection accuracy with a small amount of defective product data, allowing for the classification of defect types as well as the detection of unknown defects.
