In this course, we will learn the concepts and methods of innovation development (co-creation type innovation development methods) that can be practiced by leveraging the strengths and advantages of Japanese companies (ordinary people but a group of professionals), not only through lectures but also through a series of processes using Hitachi products as subjects (focus/observation/idea examination/effect evaluation/hypothesis formulation) in workshops. ■ Target Audience Managers, section chiefs, chief engineers, chief researchers, engineers, and researchers in business planning, design development, quality assurance, production management, sales, and maintenance departments who are trying to create innovative products and services that are at the core of social innovation projects.
