The "SDV-R Series" is a screw-type dry vacuum pump designed for light chemical processes. Improving upon the popular "SDV Series," which is cost-effective and space-saving, we have expanded its applications. We have added an N2 purge mechanism to prevent the intrusion of in-chamber gases into the bearing section and to dilute corrosive gases.
