Cold forging: anti-rotation and retention processing

We would like to introduce the "Anti-rotation and Anti-extraction Processing" conducted by Japan Parts. The shape is completed in a 5-stage or 6-stage process, and in the next stage (final stage), the blade extraction processing is performed inside the former. Based on the backing of rotation and extraction torque, we achieve quality improvement and cost reduction, and applications to various products are in progress.
