By shortening the incomplete screw section to the limit and managing the dimensions, it firmly seats even when clamping thin plates!
We would like to introduce a case that resolved the construction issue of "the seated screw (Semus screw) floating." In standard products, the incomplete threaded section was too long, interfering with the counterpart's female thread and preventing proper seating, which was a challenge. By using the "thin plate compatible pan Semus," we were able to shorten the incomplete threaded section to the absolute minimum and manage the dimensions, allowing for secure seating even when a thin plate is sandwiched. [Case Overview] ■ Issues - The seated screw (Semus screw) is floating. - The incomplete threaded section is long, causing interference with the counterpart's female thread. ■ Results - The incomplete threaded section was shortened to the absolute minimum and dimensionally managed. - Secure seating is achieved even when a thin plate is sandwiched. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
