This PPX coating is a thin film that can protect the substrate from various factors. ◆ Waterproof and Moisture-Proof All of our lineup, including the PPX single-layer film and the PPX + SiO2 laminated film, excels in waterproof and moisture-proof performance. In particular, by layering our technology of PPX and SiO2, it boasts 400 to 1000 times the performance of conventional PPX single-layer films. ◆ Chemical Resistance This PPX coating has high chemical stability and is very resistant to basic acids and alkalis. If you are considering use near chemicals, testing with our film may be very effective. ◆ Heat Resistance and Insulation Depending on the type of film, the PPX coating can withstand temperatures up to about 350°C. The insulation properties also vary based on film thickness, affecting the breakdown voltage. We select the type of film based on the application and provide recommendations to our customers. We can provide the above performance with a thin film coating.
