【Manufacturing Method of Niobium Tubes】 - Niobium tubes are produced through hot extrusion. After electromagnetic induction heating (600°C), secondary electromagnetic induction heating (1150°C) is performed, followed by reaming. The reduction in surface area is less than 20%. Next, tertiary electromagnetic induction heating (1200°C) is conducted, and then shaping and extrusion processing take place. The extrusion ratio is below 10%, and the reduction in surface area is less than 90%. After air cooling, final shaping is done, completing the hot extrusion process. - Niobium seamless tubes manufactured using this method ensure sufficient thermal process plasticity. The risk of niobium fluidity is eliminated with this manufacturing method. It meets the performance and dimensional tolerance requirements of the users.
