Dear Customers, We would like to inform you about the changes to the latest product packaging. The links in this newsletter will direct you to the Wiki PCN pages for each product. First, the following TRB1x series products will be manufactured with a new firmware version, requiring version TRB1_R_00.07.05 or later. Downgrading to previous versions will no longer be supported. Please note that this change will be implemented gradually over a four-month transition period starting in November 2023. During this period, shipments of TRB1x series devices may include a mix of the previous versions mentioned above and the new version. The affected products are as follows: TRB140 | TRB141 | TRB142 | TRB143 | TRB145 Next, starting in December 2023, the packaging for the following products will be replaced from plastic bubble wrap to cardboard honeycomb cushioning. There will be no changes to the dimensions of the packaging. The affected products are as follows: RUT300 | TSW110 | BAT120
