AR (anti-reflective) coating performance data using the dip coating method.
Ecot Precision
Would you consider an AR (anti-reflective) coating with a dip coat?
When it comes to AR (anti-reflective) coatings, they are widely recognized for being applied through dry processes, but it is also possible to achieve a reflectance of less than 1% (on one side) with a single-layer coating using the wet process dip coating method. By varying the withdrawal speed during dip coating, we have successfully controlled the film thickness in increments of 5 nm, achieving thicknesses between 100 and 160 nm, as demonstrated by our film thickness analysis data. The ability to control film thickness through variable withdrawal speed allows us to tailor the bottom wavelength to the desired wavelength, making it possible to achieve film deposition for specific purposes and applications, such as the bottom wavelength range of 550 nm to 650 nm required for optical lenses, or around 1500 nm needed for sensors in autonomous driving (LiDAR).

Company information
We are a specialized manufacturer of dip coating and cleaning and drying equipment for the preceding and following processes. Our company is a "team of professionals" that has been active in the industry for many years. We manufacture experimental and prototype machines based on our extensive experience and achievements (handling various substrates, shapes, and coating agents) and utilize valuable know-how gained from test coatings (liquid management, air conditioning management, etc.) to produce and sell experimental and production equipment. Aiming to propose the optimal coating system for our customers, we provide a one-stop solution for "experimental machines, test coatings, prototype machines, and production (mass production) equipment" covering the "cleaning, dip coating, and drying" processes. We also offer simple free tests, so if you are considering coating, currently facing difficulties, or wondering if a certain coating can be done, why not try applying it? Please feel free to contact us.
