Material Selection Considerate of Dust Generation Label substrates and separators (label backing) use low-dust PET or dust-free paper. Paper tubes are not used due to their high dust generation. Instead, ABS resin tubes with an inner diameter of 3 inches are utilized. 3. Ensured Cleanliness During Delivery with Degassing Packaging Degassing and double packaging are performed in a clean room (Class 1000) using a heat shield method. The bags used are made of high-purity, additive-free transparent polyethylene. 4. Thorough Management of the Working Environment The cleanliness of the working environment (levels of airborne particles and microorganisms) is regularly inspected. A Class 1000 manufacturing environment is consistently maintained. The number of fine particles that could adversely affect the manufacturing process is measured using a device called a particle counter.
