We have developed a heat-resistant coating by applying the formulation and dispersion technology of solid lubricant paint, Deflick. Conventional heat-resistant coatings generated a large amount of outgassing, which limited their applications. While outgassing could be improved through high-temperature firing, there were challenges regarding the adaptability of the base materials. However, our range of heat-resistant coatings has successfully maintained a heat resistance of over 800°C while dramatically reducing outgassing at 180°C firing. This has made it possible to use the coatings in various applications that were previously difficult. Additionally, our product range can be adjusted for color tone and gloss. We can also create custom products tailored to meet customer needs. We offer the first sample and prototype free of charge.
