Compliant with Weende method and Van Soest method! Measurement of multiple fiber components is possible.
The "OSK 45SB F-6P" is a fiber extraction device suitable for the extraction of coarse fibers, acidic fibers, neutral fibers, cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin, and more. It is equipped with a peristaltic pump, allowing for contamination-free analysis. For the extraction and filtration of components, a special heat-resistant Pyrex crucible with a filter is used, enabling the crucible to serve as a sample container during extraction, weighing, drying, and incineration, thus preventing sample loss. 【Features (partial)】 ■ High Efficiency - Simultaneous single or continuous hot water extraction of 6 samples under the same conditions is possible. ■ Temperature Control - Heating control via a manual regulator. - Rapid temperature rise until the reagent boils is achievable. - Maintenance at lower temperatures is possible as needed. ■ Waste Liquid Treatment - Reagents during extraction can be discharged into the drainage outlet or collected for use in fiber content analysis. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
