Polymer cement mortar for cross-section repair, East, Central, and West Japan Expressway Company, Structural Construction Management Guidelines, Cross-section repair using plastering method, Performance verification compliant product.
Proposal for sectional repair method as "Reprocrete Method" <For plastering and wet spraying method> Repro Mortar AZ is a one-component polymer cement mortar that is pre-mixed with special admixtures including polymer powder. By simply mixing it with water, it achieves high durability, contributing to the longevity of structures. <Features> 1. Workability 【Plastering Method】 ● The balance between adhesion to the substrate and resistance to sagging makes thick application work easy. ● The good finish of the trowel allows for easy finishing work, resulting in a beautiful application surface. (Recommended application thickness per layer: Side 10-30mm, Ceiling 10-20mm) 【Spraying Method】 ● The low fall-off due to adhesion to the substrate and low rebound contribute to reduced material loss and improved working environment. (Recommended application thickness per layer: Side 10-50mm, Ceiling 10-30mm) 2. Durability ● The dense hardened body and high adhesion derived from special polymer powder provide excellent long-term adhesion and water tightness, preventing the intrusion of deterioration factors.

Since our establishment in 1958, we have diligently continued research and development of release agents for concrete, while also setting up branches, sales offices, and factories across Japan to provide our customers with faster service. In addition to concrete release agents, we have also internalized the production of concrete repair materials and concrete paints, further expanding our business scope to include cross-section repair materials. Thanks to this effort, our products have gained the trust of our customers and are used in almost all concrete secondary product factories in Japan, and we have begun exporting to countries such as South Korea, Taiwan, and China. We aim to be an advisor who can provide not only products but also knowledge and technology, and we will continue to challenge ourselves with difficult issues. Moving forward, we are passionate about research and development and technological innovation to meet the diverse needs of our customers, and we hope to contribute to the improvement of social infrastructure.
