High-pressure measurement at 400℃ with ±0.5% F.S.! Achieving high-precision pressure measurement at high temperatures with optical methods.
The "KF10" is an optical pressure and temperature sensor that measures the pressure of molten resin. It features a gap within a sapphire element, and the distance of this gap, which changes under pressure applied to the diaphragm, is directly measured using a white light interference method. Simultaneously, temperature measurement is also possible using a thermocouple. Additionally, it employs a sapphire diaphragm that has a tensile strength 4.5 times greater and wear resistance 10 times greater than that of a metal diaphragm, enhancing its durability. 【Features】 ■ High temperature (up to 400℃) ■ Simultaneous measurement of pressure and temperature ■ Adoption of sapphire diaphragm for improved durability ■ Safe structure without filling liquid *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The progress of computers, which can be likened to the human brain, is remarkable; however, the advancement of sensors, which can be compared to human senses, cannot be said to be on par with it. Nagano Keiki believes that the advancement of sensors is an important challenge that creates new cultures and opens our future. In the field of process instrumentation, we have gained significant achievements and trust in pressure, temperature, and measurement instruments. We are further leveraging our sensor technology and mechatronics technology in areas such as factory automation, the automotive industry, and information and communication, working on product development for "sensors," "actuators," and "control devices" that are suitable for new application fields.
