The "AIH Series" is a sorting machine that uses AI-based image processing to precisely remove foreign objects contained in food and pharmaceuticals. Materials thrown from a high-speed conveyor are inspected simultaneously from both sides using a CCD camera. Detected foreign objects are accurately eliminated by the injection of compressed air. By inspecting from two directions, the chances of missing foreign objects or defective products are minimized.
