【Urgent Recruitment】 Manufacturers of ADB (equivalent to Minebea Mitsumi A-2520) for EV battery manufacturing lines. We will provide the necessary patent licenses. So far, we have completed the first prototype through outsourcing and the second prototype with Minebea Mitsumi, receiving high praise from our client (a major EV battery manufacturer in Japan). However, it is expected that the equipment currently being maintained by the client is not licensed by us, leading to anticipated special demand for disposal and replacement of the equipment. The required number of bearings is estimated to be over 50,000 units.

Necessary patents for manufacturing urgent items in Japan Patent No. 3964926 1. Application Guidelines 1) First prototype: 10 cage-less angular bearings equivalent to A-2520 (outer diameter 25, inner diameter 20, width 4 mm). 2) Second prototype: 100 pieces of the above item with ADB's dispersed starting concave formed. 2. Background 1) Our company modified the specified bearings provided by the customer, a LIB battery manufacturer, and delivered them, receiving high praise (no lubrication, low torque, long lifespan). 2) This was a prototype for a mass production order exceeding 50,000 units, which we commissioned Minerva Mitsumi to manufacture. 3) However, we did not receive a mass production order. To confirm patent infringement, we requested the customer to provide the actual product, but they refused (even though they provided it during the prototype phase). 4) Therefore, we believe there is a high possibility that the customer's equipment contains our copied products, and we plan to file a patent infringement lawsuit seeking the disposal of the equipment. 5) Additionally, this matter is part of a capital investment subsidy project from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and the customer will likely need to prove that they are not using copied products. Thus, we are seeking to manufacture alternative bearings (genuine ADB) as the responsible supplier. *Our company is currently involved in a patent infringement lawsuit regarding bearings for turbochargers, and this matter is planned to follow that.
