Our company will introduce a "two-shift system" as a new initiative starting in August 2023. While automatic lathes are characterized by 24-hour operation, there have been instances where they could not operate until morning due to issues such as chip entanglement, tool changes, dimensional changes, and material setups. To address these issues, the introduction of the two-shift system will allow us to increase the volume of work we can take on and respond to shorter delivery times. For those who have experienced inconvenience with delivery times in the past, Inada Manufacturing will solve your problems. If you have mass production projects with a diameter of 20mm or less, please feel free to contact us. Additionally, we are always accepting orders for processing with general lathes (maximum diameter of 250mm) and single-item processing with machining centers.
