◇Overview To engrave a two-dimensional code on a metal photo plate, very fine precision is required. This time, we used aluminum material measuring 60mm×60mm×0.5t to produce a plate with a high durability of 25 years. Precise processing technology was essential to ensure that the QR code is clearly engraved at this size and thickness. ◇What is a Metal Photo Plate? Metal photo refers to a technology that engraves high-definition images and QR codes using special aluminum. Its strong resistance to wind, rain, and ultraviolet rays is a significant feature, allowing for long-term use in outdoor environments. ◇Processing Method Using the "Shibuya Industrial SPF2305A" laser processing machine, we achieved precise cutting with a beam diameter of 40μ.
