We are currently conducting additional research on the "non-backlash version" of the bilateral drive gear devised by Professor Fujimoto of Yokohama National University!
Improved version of the bilateral drive gear (3K type compound planetary gear) is here! - High efficiency and high back drivability are maintained - Compact size and high reduction ratio are also maintained ◎ Additional consideration for low noise and non-backlash (*1) - Hollow structure is also possible, enhancing design flexibility (*1) Backlash is approximately 5 arc-min, almost non-backlash

basic information
We are conducting joint development under a contract between Yokohama National University and our company, PS Tokki, regarding the technology devised by Professor Fujimoto. This research will solve the challenges we have faced so far. - Introduction of efficiency optimization program Prototypes can basically achieve target performance in one attempt. - Non-backlash (※1) support By analyzing the generation mechanism and slightly deforming the internal gears, we achieve virtually non-backlash (※1). - Noise reduction By controlling the engagement phase, we cancel out vibrations. The optimal locations are visually determined in the design program. ◎ Regarding the products, we can accommodate custom prototypes according to your requests. Please feel free to contact us.
