Our company conducts in-process inspections and final inspections using various measuring instruments, including three-dimensional measuring machines, to ensure quality control. We have obtained ISO 9001 (2015 version) certification and are committed to delivering higher quality products by focusing on inspector training and the introduction of new inspection equipment to maintain and improve quality. With our possession of three-dimensional measuring machines, shape measuring machines, and surface roughness measuring machines, we are capable of measuring dimensions and geometric tolerances of complex shapes. As a new measuring instrument, we have introduced the image measuring instrument Captra 3.2.2 (manufactured by Hexagon Metrology). It is utilized for measuring small diameter precision holes and inspecting fine scratches that cannot be detected by visual inspection.
