By setting the two numbers of the "NG dimension," which are the extension length of the original material and the dimensions of the seam, we have developed software that automatically cuts the specified number of pieces at the specified dimensions and cuts and removes the seam portion at the length of the NG dimension. This allows for automatic cutting while removing the seam portion. Additionally, the knife is equipped with a commercially available OLFA straight blade, which helps reduce the running costs of the knife.
