By selecting the measurement surface, the objective lens automatically moves sequentially to each measurement surface position for automatic measurement. The eccentricity amount is displayed in numerical values and graphs, along with the coordinates of the curvature center, tilt of the optical axis, and shift analysis of the optical axis.
