We would like to introduce a case of processing crankshafts for agricultural machinery engines at our company. The material used is alloy steel for mechanical structures, with dimensions of L57×φ15 and a flange diameter of φ64. The rough material is shaped through hot forging, followed by center hole processing. The outer diameter is then roughly machined on a lathe, and pin holes are drilled and threads are rolled before heat treatment is performed to enhance strength and hardness.
