We would like to introduce a case where we processed a drive shaft for automotive steering. After cutting the drawn material (bar stock), machining the shaft section, and rolling the threads, splines, and serrations, we performed high-frequency treatment on the threaded section, and finally finished it with outer diameter grinding.
