"VP-Ergono" is an ergonomic evaluation system that automatically analyzes work load from video using AI. It adopts the internationally recognized posture assessment method "OWAS" as its evaluation criterion. By replacing subjective evaluations made by human eyes with quantitative assessments by AI, it enables the visualization of load, making it immediately applicable in workplaces where improvements in work posture and labor environment are required. ■ About Load Analysis "The analyzed load values are standardized and displayed clearly." Instead of asking "how much load is there?" when adopting or continuing a posture with "high load" during a series of work movements, it analyzes and displays the degree of harm according to the improvement requirements of the "OWAS" method using a four-level evaluation. "It analyzes the load on each joint for comprehensive judgment." It analyzes the load on ten major joints of the human body and assesses the load conditions felt strongly during work as "back," "upper limbs," and "lower limbs."
