Welding assembly processing with reduced distortion using fiber laser welding.
The thickness of the material for the casing is 1.5mm. We are welding machined parts such as sockets onto tanks assembled in a box shape. Due to the long welding length, distortion tends to increase with manual welding alone; however, by using a fiber laser welding machine, we can weld firmly while minimizing distortion. After conducting a leak check from the state shown in the photo, surface treatment is applied to complete the process. Reliable technology cultivated over more than 50 years of establishment. We perform chamfering on products after cutting and punching, tapping to create screw holes, and bending to transform flat plates into three-dimensional shapes. By linking BEND CAM with the latest press brakes, we ensure high-precision bending and careful edge treatment to guarantee product safety.

Welding We cut out sheet metal and assemble the bent parts through welding. Responsible for various types of welding and finishing. Utilizing the machining accuracy from the preceding processes, we create high-precision assembled products.

Cutting and Punching Processing We cut the sheet material to the specified dimensions and shapes. There are mainly two types of processing: turret punch press processing, which punches the sheet material using a general-purpose mold, and laser processing, which cuts with a laser. The processing accuracy in this stage greatly influences the processing accuracy and quality in subsequent stages. The reason that the assembled units are finished exactly as per the drawings is precisely because the punching process is accurate.
