We would like to introduce a case study of process shortening achieved through the pressing of 94 types of tappet shim thicknesses (motorcycle parts) that we conducted. Previously, the tappet shim thicknesses were processed through cutting, center hole drilling, rough double-sided grinding, and vacuum heat treatment.
