Mitsuya Kogyo Co., Ltd. conducts parts processing for molds and other components, regardless of type. We pursue high precision and high value-added processing, promising short delivery times and low costs. We receive various requests from customers, including complex shapes that are difficult to process and projects with large volumes that pose challenges for meeting deadlines. We have the personnel and equipment to meet these expectations. With an in-house production rate of nearly 100%, we have a consistent processing system from data to machining, allowing for short delivery times due to reasons such as unmanned processing at night and no logistics losses. In particular, we have a significant track record in hot stamping molds, and we also perform unmanned processing at night, including multi-directional continuous processing and gun drilling, enabling us to offer lead times that are 10-20% shorter than our competitors. With three horizontal machining centers, we can process complex shapes that require horizontal machining or Z-stroke without any issues. We also handle graphite processing in-house, allowing us to accommodate integrated shape discharge machining products.
