This is a low-cost phototransistor with an ultra-short delivery time (2 weeks), compatible with major manufacturers' products. Each unit consists of a monolithic silicon zero-crossing phototriac optically coupled with a GaAs infrared light-emitting diode. It is designed to be used with discrete power triacs in logic interfaces.
