It is a combined spray nozzle test device for PX3 / IPX4 according to IEC60529 and JISC0920.
The IP test is an evaluation to determine the extent to which electrical and mechanical devices can be protected against foreign objects, water, and dust. In European standards, the protection levels are defined by IEC60529 (IP code), while in Japan, there are protection levels (IP grades) according to JISC0920 based on the usage environment of electrical products. The spray nozzle test device can conduct tests for IP code IPX3 and IPX4.

The nozzle head has an outer diameter of 102 mm and a radius of 75.5 mm, equipped with 121 holes of 0.5 mm each. After testing, the nozzle head can be removed for cleaning. It can also be replaced in case of damage. To conduct the test, a separate "IPX3/4/5 combined water pressure and flow meter kit" is required.
