The "MTlock series" is an automatic pallet exchange device designed for high-load and heavy-duty applications. By attaching the master unit to a positioner or conveyor and the tool unit to the workpiece, it enables the automation of setup changes and reduces time. There are three types available that can handle load capacities of 1.5t, 2t, and 3t. It is equipped with a clamp confirmation sensor and a load sensor for an interlock mechanism, enhancing the reliability of connections and achieving high impact resistance.
